About Us
Rwanda Diaspora Hope Generation(RDHG) was created during the civic education program held at Gako from the 17th to the 31st of July 2011. It was created by the students with an intent to further carry on the information that they had received. The Exercise made some experience epiphanies, people were able to experience Rwanda from a new percpective and were able to shake off the shackles of the world’s perception of Rwanda.
RDHG, hopes to help in the shaping of history, by contributing in the reconstruction of Rwanda and strengthening Rwandans across the globe, to give them a sense of belonging, a place to call home, to be proud to Be called Rwandans.
